I came across this business book, Rework, and cannot say enough good things about it. It is succinct, straight to the point, and there is no BS. The authors tell it how it is in short chapters that making reading this book a breeze. They had so many great tips for people starting out as well as for companies that have been around forever. Here are some points that resonated with me:
“Standing for something isn’t just about writing it down. It’s about believing it, and living it.”
“Commit to make decisions. Don’t wait for the perfect solution. Decide and move forward.”
“Remember, fashion fades away. When you focus on permanent features, you’re in bed with things that never go out of style.”
“Stop imagining what’s going to work. Find out for real.”
“Momentum fuels motivation.”
“When you spend time worrying about someone else (competitors), you can’t spend that time improving yourself.”
“Inspiration is a magical thing, a productivity multiplier, a motivator. But it won’t wait for you. Inspiration is a now thing. If it grabs you, grab it right back and put it to work.”

I highly recommend this book and hope you enjoy it as much as I did!
Here’s to a productive Thursday!

Oooh, sounds good. Putting it on my list! Thanks for sharing.
